This is only going to make those rich who are already in a good economic position. The states which have lost the race are not going to benefit. I was specifically talking about the states in the Hindi belt, Bihar, MP, UP which seem to be benefiting from India's growth story. These states matter because they are homes to significant %ge of Indian nationals, whose socio-economic interest is being ignored.
How you know this is going to benefit only rich?
MP and UP are benefiting from DMIC.
