Correspondent Graham Phillips has posted a few telling photos on his blog which were sent to him from Artemovsk in Ukraine. Artemovsk is located in the part of Donbass which initially was controlled by the Donetsk People's Republic, but was “liberated” by Kiev government troops.

These photos show one of the most visible facets of life in today's Ukraine: the ever-present war propaganda in all sectors of public life and a constantly maintained false state of alert about a “Russian invasion.”

Yet, they also display a stark contrast between appearance and reality in Ukraine. Judging from the streets, there would appear to be a very high level of Ukrainian patriotism, with half the city painted in blue and gold (standard for all of Ukraine nowadays), but a closer look reveals a different picture…

France is small country with a small population comparable to Russia. It should finance and maintain less (in dosens of times) medical objects, than Russia.
However, you should not post 2001-2008 photos from deeeep province towns with few thousands of population as a generic examples.
There were thousands of newest medical objects (big medcenters most cases) built during 2010-2015 and continue all over the country (in big 1 million cities and even big villages).
Of course, you shouldn't expect all the mother Russia towns medicals renewed in one or two years, but there are no such a shit left in Russia for now (except for "extincting" small towns and villages).
If you want to see real things about medical objects in Russia, you should visit this:

Having been many times in Russia,we saw the difference in the Moscow region,and when we were out of Moscow....

At 8:00 am on 1 August, a Georgian police lorry was blown up by an improvised explosive device on the road near Tskhinvali, injuring five Georgian policemen.
