In my opinion we are living a globalized time period but with multipolar developmentYou are relying on past spending power of the CCP. This is coming to an end as the Ponzi schemes go bust. The future of China as a spending power is gone. So, questions such as whether can China spend enough to sustain volume production of defense assets is very relevant. The myth of China’s spending power has been debunked 100%. Meanwhile western tech like Starlink, Smartphones, EVs, Education, Healthcare, AI etc are penetrating the world even more.
For example I think eventually India will also develop an aircraft industry capable to Challenge Boeing, UAC, Comac or Airbus, but since we also live in a multipolar world, other nation will also advance.
Saras is only the start of things to come by India
I mean the clusters are not pure, every one is making business with every one and advances are in many core nations but as well smaller nations are developing industries.
I mean most of aviation problems is money, but India has a potential big market that basically rivals China, Europe or the USA, joint venture and international programs are more for smaller nations such Airbus shows.
China is following a soviet style market still relies in Chinese government purchases for buying their own aircraft made by the chinese government owned aircraft manufactures, it is not the best way of making money for sure
