It isn't Wandering Earth. It is Wandering Village. We see Wandering Village in computer games and movies (Year One).
Wandering Earth makes little sense because the dirt generally doesn't move much. The planet certainly doesn't move around aimlessly. A village of nomadic people does move and wander aimlessly.
But it is MUCH more than that. READ the WORD.
