several websites claim it to be any one of the following but nothing is fixed till now, means there is still an important component missing not to mention about the engines,the w-10a failed recently and china has ordered 100 more al31 from russia.

nope....that one should be 'East Tug 878' 东拖878...some new member from the tug unit of East Fleet.

JL-1 RV, yield is claimed to be 200-400kt.

CCTV claimed that this is DF-31 RV but it could be also DF-3A RV.

DF-31A RV? Can't tell since in DF-31A payload shroud is hiding the RV.
