Though he said we will support new chief, but also issued this warning on twitter (switching to Urdu)

Gen Bajwa will have to work twice as hard to establish his claim to this appointment. Vested quarters had recently attacked his faith also..

Hard liners are not happy with Bajwa as COAS, for all the above mentioned historical facts. Although it does not make any difference for us the poor chap is up for a very challenging year ahead. Our agencies should use the discontent amongst the brass to our advantage.
