They would do nothing because they can do nothing. Neither Chinese nor Paks cannot produce modern engines themselves.
Chinese 30-years engine programme has confirmed this.
If the Russians would say "no", they will cancel this program because there are no other country who wants to rebell against US hegemony and give hi-tech engines to the country from US "renegades list" except for Russia. And of course no country will transfer its engine technologies to China (it would be a great stupidity).

However, Russians don't mind about arming Pakistan (it matters nothing on world's political arena and cannot harm Russian interests or territory) or Argentina (they would heat the situation on Falklends and troll Britain). So, may be this deal will gain mutual profits.

CM-400AKG is on prototype stage and is too early to produce it serially even for Chinese inernal use.
I doubt this is the worlds most deadliest ASM because of that and because it is Chinese rework of Soviet Kh-58A with Ukrainian (Soviet) seeker and fuel compounds.

as per sipri 10 cm-400akg are delivered to paf of total 50 to be delivered

cm-400akg is the only of its kind.something like this has never been developed and might not be developed for the possible next few decades

Chinese have major problems in fuel compounds and SRM designs, as well as in guidance systems. What unique performant items can they create?
If you'll open your eyes and compare Kh-58A with CM-400AKG, you will see major similarities in design. It is another one "chinese" "indigenous" product.

Declared missile data is very modest for "only of its kind unmatched for decades".
Rather inferior than its Kh-58U prototype and Kh-31AD/PD missiles.

It is equivalent to KH-22/32. I had pointed this out the very day it was shown to general public.

It probably flies to 25Km altitude to achieve the Mach 5.5 terminal speed. At 10 to 14 Km, it should be as fast as Brahmos, but with lesser low altitude capability.

No, it is completely different from Kh-22/32 on all the specs, phisycal and tactical as well.
It is a Chinese derivative of Kh-58A/U.
If you'll look at it carefully, you will find dramatical similarity.

Kh-22 has 5,7 tonnes weight and up to 500km range carying 1000kg thermonuclear/conventional warhead.

At the 9th Zhuhai Airshow, another hypersonic missile designated as CM-400AKG Wrecker made its debut in real form, though its photo had previously appeared at Paris Airshow. Developed by China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC), the successor of several developers of YJ-12 after numerous reorganization, CM-400AKG Wrecker has reduced range of 180 to 250 km in order to meet the export restriction of Missile Technology Control Regime. The original western erroneous claims of CM-400AKG as a development of C-802/C-803 proved to be incorrect,[8] because CM-400AKG is a derivative of YJ-12 instead, using solid rocket motor propulsion as opposed to the ramjet engine of YJ-12,[9] and CM-400AKG is similar to YJ-12 in many aspects, such as the supersonic speed, and more importantly, exactly the same high-low flight path of first cruise at higher altitude and then the steep dive on the final approach.[10]
The 400 kg CM-400AKG Wrecker is termed by CASIC as hypersonic since it can reach speed greater than Mach 5.5 at its terminal stage, and its guidance system includes GPS, onboard radar, and an image recognition system that can identify a specific target, it can also be pre-programed to destroy the ground targets with precision by uploading the digital imagery of the target or it can be re-targeted using its active radar seeker. Yeah, we all know those Chinese "official releases", but if you have eyes OK, you will see that CM-400 and YJ-12 are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT missiles.
The first and major difference is CM-400 10 times less weight.
The second is completely different engine.
The third is aerodynamical scheme and air balancing - it is required to completely redesign all the missile to get the one from another.
Why should Chinese do that? They are poor engineers and designers, but they are not idiots.
It is much easier to create a new missile from scratch than redesign YJ-12 this way.

And if you have eyes, you will correctly recognize the real CM-400 prototype: Kh-58A/U.

BTW, if the missile is so great that you state, why Chinese don't start to mass-produce it for PLAAF/PLANAF and then, when they are satisfied, give the bone to Pakistan?
It is logical to feed their own PLANAF, then PLAAF and only then produce it for foreign customers.
