Private industry will come for production. Developing AMCA is ADA/DRDO job. Then some parts maybe technology transfer to private like lca mk1a.

Nothing as of yet. Private industries together with PSUs like BEL will make the components. HAL is ultimately going to do integration and assembly.

We don't have 800B$ defence budget . Private leeches won't come because profit margin will be very less.
