Rescued Justin Trudeau on way back home.

Finally the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is on his way back home after his hasty retreat from G-20 meet. His 50 odd men delegation was stuck for two days with a faulty plane. He, in fact did not wish to stay a minute longer in Delhi after his cold shoulder treatment during the G-20. He was right, although his situation was his own making, he thoroughly inexperienced in foreign affairs, became a victim of Khalistani vote bank in Canada. Although, the British Prime Minister had similar issues in Briton but his government began to right the wrongs very quickly, but not Trudeau. He kept on harping the freedom of speech as main plank of Canadian foreign policy. That if applied to international matters has to be kept on check, especially if applied to such a popular leader like Modi and such a huge rising economy, which India is. Even US which is the proponent of Free Speech and Human Rights has put this stupidity on the back burners when it comes to strategic interests. Trudeau is not a fast learner.

The Canadian media has not reacted well to his rescue in Delhi. They are neither laughing nor expressing concern over Trudeau’s predicament. Now he is back on his home soil and his media team will stage manage his troubles in G-20. I am guessing that he will go on a victory parade at the Liberal caucus now in progress.
