In this case, however, it was not a cryo-stage, but generally speaking, you are correct. Leaving the fuel in the rocket for too long results in all types of problem with the fuel.

Ignore the title of the video. This video explains how adapters in the payload section work and how satellites are deployed.

Couldn't be the reason. They have money to give away as unsolicited aid, and they claim their aid money makes all this happen. Why don't they stop aid and launch their own? That way, it would be just as cheap?

Why are they part of ESA when they have, as you claim, technology to launch satellites on their own?

This is a proper Cryogenic Engine, right? Not a Semi-Cryogenic engine, I hope. Good luck to ISRO.
