look for Intel i5 12400.. budget processor and should suffice all your computing needs...it's 17100 on clarion... I cheapest I cud find... I m in negotiating with them for my own rig... earlier i7 and mobo got fried... 😑😑😑

Hardware prices are not coming down anytime soon IMO. I work in DC space and OEM's are quoting a waiting time of 2 Months for some thing as mundane as Specific cables / DIMM modules .....that too if we do prior payments and i work for a 10 billion USD Organization in revenue with a market...

Yeah.... I some how screwed up with the pins of my processor Sockets...a New M/B for a 6th Gen processor is up by 4 K in 3 years .. beat that... finally found a guy who said he can get the socket repaired. 2k for straightening the pins on CPU socket LOL

Gaming on laptop is a myth .. the sooner it gets over better it is.. fact is you either need a dedicated gaming console or use a good spec desktop ..off lately , OEM's are pushing these so called gaming laptops to shore up the failing sales... nothing else...
