Although Speculative fire is at times carried out the LoC, Looking at the video one can say its a DISPLAY OF DOUBLE TAP SHOOTING Which is extensively utilised during Ci OPS.

Summoning up High Commissioner shows that you are being hit unprecedentedly and overwhelmingly. When you are getting hit on places unexpected, then you start summoning up HC. Same was the case with India earlier.

By summoning DG or HC you can't win seat in UNHC. You do summon HC & DG whenever there is a violation of treaty. Raking up Kashmir issue is enough for Pakis to show in UN how much they do care of Kashmiris (!).

Pakistan can't be there in UNHRC till 31st dec 2019. In a disputed territory, there is no benefit of raking up Human Rights issue with corresponding HC. As far as raising the Kashmir issue is there, Pakis are doing it at every moment, whether relevant or irrelevant in UN.

Previously when any such violation occurred in LOC, India used to summon Pakistani HC to complain about it. It wa sthe time when IA had been bounded by treaty to excercise maximum restrain in LOC. Summoning HC is just like complaining about the school bully to his brother. He would just convey the same to respective government.

Now if you really want to highlight the human right violation, you would have to do it in council, which Pakistan has tried and failed pathetically till date. Remember when India did this earlier? Had it done anything in bringing down the collateral damage on Indian side?
