    One of the ingenious congrassi ways to justify lack of basic resources for armed forces.

    The concern was that each agency was created to handle specific jobs;

    Army; Defence of the state against External threat
    BSF: Patrol Borders
    CRPF: To undertake all COIN Ops though its far from being a premier agency in this sphere, army Rashtriya Rifles by far outclass it.

    We have seen the military acumen of our Ministers and Parliamentarians.

    The Chinese intrusion was but an acne that could be removed by an ointment.

    And yesterday on TV I saw a Congress spokesman, who proudly acclaimed that he was the Chairman of the Law Standing Committee state that that the song from Hakeekat was a strong message sent to China that India cannot be meddle with!

    They live in a Fool's Paradise!
