Country flag
He did resign claiming or accusing the country’s leadership of unbridled corruption despite promises of government reform wasn't the leadership a big disappointment ?

Easier to talking ,than doing

By order of the government half of unplanned customs revenues remained in the Odessa region. When the Governor was Saakashvili that was 30 million UAH. per month. Sechas arrival - 100 million Entrepreneurs did not want to work with him.

Isn't he believed to be from Mari-El region?
No, it is believed that he was from Karacharovo village in Murom region.
That's why he is Muromets (from Murom).
Several years ago archeologists have found as believed his grave in Kanev (near Kiyev) in local monastery underground caves.

Yes, you are correct. I am aware of Murom in Vladimir region. Also, I heard that Murom and Mari have a common etymological root and it is believed that it indicates links to the Finno-Ugric people.

The Volga Finns (sometimes referred to as Eastern Finns)[1] are a historical group of indigenous peoples of Russia whose descendants include the Mari people, the Erzya and the Moksha Mordvins,[2][3] as well as extinct Merya, Muromian and Meshchera people.[4] The Permians are sometimes also grouped as Volga Finns.
