Why is the portion or part of the site were the log in name is and settings is located not in the top of the site and is it that only I am seeing that part down the page or is it the same for all?

Site is under minor maintenance, the structure will be fixed in some time.

plz increase the no of images to be posted to atleast 8 so that it is easy to post more images while starting a new thread

Someone promoted me to Purple Veteran and then demoted me back. I am feeling pissed by all this actions, i only want to be a DFI member. I dont like this silly coloring stuff.

I am requesting you to make a DFI member.

You cannot be promoted to purple just like that. The promotion is automatic once a specific post count is reached.
