Very probably an Indian variant ? cant say for sure..

Maybe it is the version of ARDE UBGL that fits the INSAS? It looks visually similar, except for the fact that I can see 3 very broad locking points on the INSAS version, and 6 smaller ones on the AK version.

We have 2 pics of these launchers with Indian soldiers, why does one of them have a foregrip, while the other doesn't?

That is not fore-grip, he is carry something behind which gives the impression of a fore-grip..

ya, Paras use MARS sights all other SFs and central forces use other sights (dont know the name)
