While filling tax you can always compare the two. For me I found old tax regime better than new by at least 60K in tax saving. Now the same will reduce to maybe 20-25k but still Old is better.

It is really surprising that people do not understand how stupid this new tax regime is. If you knew even the most basic ways to save tax through different deductions it was always good to opt for old tax regime. And that is why new tax regime is a massive flop and only idiots opt for it. Even...
