Not true at 100%, dont use a poor european ship like the T-45 for confront, European frigates/destroyers as German Sachsen class, Dutch De Zeven Provinzien class or Italian and French FREMM and Horizon class or even the Spanish F-100 are true multirole ships. Read some info on Italian FREMM...
