Also wanted to add: That PDV if you see drawings of AD1 & AD2 its first stage is PDV. So we are already at 1.5 stage, when PDV 2 started, so it appears they decided to jump.

Phase-1 of BMD is operational, Phase-2 is with AD-1 & AD-2, but with ASAT, we have somewhat Jumped into Phase 2.5 or Phase 3 of BMD.

Since all elements are mobile, therefore their is no static deployment or fan fair ceremony. Now whats most important is to have sea base BMD ships. Not only for us, but also to help our friendly countries at sea.
