7 days in a crew capsule, is it big enough for all 3 of them to move around a bit ? Otherwise sitting in a single position for 7 days isn't it bit too much ?

The crewed mission according to Wikipedia will keep the astronauts in orbit for 7 days ?? Is that true ? If it is that's a lot of days in that capsule.
