It was parked outside, when that transmission shaft had to be returned for not matching the specifications. That much I know, but it was afterwards taken back into the dry dock. Have they taken it out again? Where is it?

I think they should first float it and make it operational, find flaws, amend the design, and then build the sister ship. Ditto with the Arihant. In other words, I disagree with the "same specification" part.

Not sure when this picture was taken, but if 12/12/2012 is correct, then those stories are false. The other unrealistic possibility is that they keep towing it in and out of the dry dock every week.
