FRCV is a perfect stupid way and is just a figleaf for procuring armata in future and stalling funding for DRDo's new FMBT program citing the FRCV tender.. No cutting edge tank maker in the world will design a tank for just fees and hand over all crucial tech to IA , which will float another...

1.Do you yhave any proof for your claim that the weight is not equally distributed. I know perfectly well that this claim of your is baseless. Why? because the 60 ton Arjun crossed the punjab riverine (Ravi river at lassian)areas (with no engineering support) which are marked non tankable by...

For a parabolic hit on the area behind the main sight , the chances are better for the tank with main sight below the roof level as there is every possibility that there will be some extra armor protection , like the longer turret composite armor length on ARJUN or extra armor block behind...

according to DRDO press releases rounds that are capable of stripping a tank of ERA are in development. So pure reliance on ERA alone won't be good enough in future. tanks that don't have all around thick composite armor and relying simply on turret geometry and ERA alone will have problems...

Well every fighter in airforce is called a combat aircraft,Then why are people calling tejas as LCA and 5th gen stealth fighters is named as AMCA? Tejas has a lesser range and weapon load than Su-30 due to it's smaller size specs, The same applies to tanks too, tanks that have bulky...

The fact is other than a white armored block nothing is behind the orange dialed FCS box of ARJUN. I challenge anyone to prove that there is only empty space behind the orange FCS box, from the photo below lack of any dark shadows behind the orange FCS box in pic-3 shows that there is no emoty...

So all the assuptions behind your 3d Model were wrong. You assumed that the turret has a width of 2.475 meters, So you assumed that there is not enough space for the gunner besides Tc, And seeing no armor block in front of the gunner you assumed lower LOS there. STGN already posted as per...

Then are you saying that the above schematic diagram in the link is wrong? Asian Defense: India's Arjun Mk.2 Tank Revealed It is the Tc who sits right behind the main sight. The gunner sits between the gun mantel plate and main sight. So your 3D model was wrong. Look where the gunner is and...

The KG lesson in dimensions and drawings is comparison must be made between two views of the same object that are at the same angle from the observer. One of your friends is getting very disturbed at the prospect of this discussion continuing here. SO post in ARJUN MBT mk-1 thread , if you have...

It only shows your real ignorance in marking measurement. The photo is a perspective drawing with the gun at an angle and the line drawing is a production side view with the gun normal(90 deg )to the eye. It is patently wrong to take measurement from one and post it on another to justify any...

Where the shit is mantle plate supposed to be there any idea? I thought mantle plate must be in the plce where the dia of the gun doubles as per the production drawing above. So the static position holder you paint in green actually is the place the gun mantel plate is supposed to go. See the...

this photo is a proof that your refutation is wrong. Simply there is no way there can be a gap of 400 mm between the vertical hatch cover base and Tc's seat. For your information the entire dia of the crew hole is just 450 mm. SO it is a laughable assertion to suggest that there is a gap...

ofcourse I corrected it 610 mm RHA protection against KE and 890 mm RHA against HEAT rounds as stated in the site I mistakenly quoted the protection against HEAT value of 890 mm as LOS.
