Yes, my guess too. It might be a test of a missile which is already under development and not a new one. As it might be to check the all weather capability of it. There is a deep depression around the Bengal, Odisha belt and it is raining all the while.- debspark90

Yeah pura sannata hai yaha. The mansoon season has stopped the trials for now obviously. Even the Brahmos-A is due for launch. Even I was excited when I saw a message posted here in this thread after a long time thinking it was a NOTAM.- debspark90
