Any strike fighter (or bomber) present in SFC should never be used for CAS or SEAD missions. The "strategic" part is for delivery of "strategic" weapons - i.e. NBC (nuclear, Biological, Chemical) warheads to strategic locations - major industrial areas, military bases, airbases, naval ports etc...
