That picture was already debunked. It's a protest in Afghanistan against Pakistan's closure of Torkham crossing and fencing of the Afghan-Pak border. There were already mass-protests in GB after Indian Media labeled a PTI protest as "Kashmiris fighting for freedom in Pakistan, want to join India".

Man, you should've seen Balochistan and Sindh during independence day. Infact, Quetta won the annual "go green" competition beating Islamabad. Balochistan also held one of the world's longest rallies across the Coast.
