They said it during last aero india, f16 production line from will be shifted texas facility to india. Thery are offering way better deal than frenchs.

F21 or viper is far more advance than anything porkies have. Turks can't upgrade jets of porkies as porkies don't have f16 source code. Besides if the entire production line of f16 is shifted to india we get to manufacture critical spare parts too and thus we can control exports of spares.
