Weapon package was Euro 710 Million. Assuming price of Meteor 3-4 Million euro & Scalp 4-8 Million Euro each, We get initial order of 50-100 Scalp and 100-200 Meteor Missiles. Though 75 Scalp & 150 Meteor Missiles seems like a nice average round figure.

My guess is that around 50 Scalp Missiles and 100 Meteor AAM have been ordered as part of Rafale package.
