We have legitimate body builder police 18-19 year olds in the US. This is pathetic. No excuse for how weak they look. What is the cause of this? How can an American (like me) get involved to whip people like them into shape?

Indian police look extremely skinny and unfit. Are they getting enough nutrition? I understand vegetarianism is big but are they getting enough calories and lifting weights/practicing martial arts to maintain law-and-order? They have no muscle. A 12th grader (18 year old) can probably lift more...

Why are there so many out of shape Indian police officers? In the vast majority of the pictures above I've seen super skinny cops to at least one fat cop, but NONE who look like they are in shape. Also the uniforms are so ugly, why can they not be standardized black or at least better looking...

Didn't read anything in this topic but I will say IPS is drastically undertrained, underfunded, and underequipped. I think even basic training and regular fitness regimens will bolster performance. There is no reason why I should see police who are fat or have any semblance of a "gut".
