    Off topic: don't know how capable this is, but it costs $3.45 billion per unit. :drool: And it's engines/propulsions are made by the BAE Systems. Expensive ship, but good for the UK defence company, though.

    In Europe, AAW destroyers are used as part of the ALTBMD. Aster 30 Block 2 is wide area defence capable against 3000 km-range ballistic missiles.
