Yes I saw RT's documentary. Mobility is good , fire power good , nice radar. An official said it can track train hugging CM like tomhawk and Air to ground missiles fired by Fighters and even drones. He said it is bit ineffective against drop bombs or say gravity bombs. Its all wheather instrument.
