yes safety should be the priority..neither any technology got tested nor the rocket(GSLV MK3 ++) .. the delay was obvious,it shouldnt be surprising.. i also think ISRO is more excited about mars,moon,venus etc mission than human space flight..

i think thats just for demo.. in reality space suits have transparent helmets and a golden shield.. that is pulled down while facing sun.. radiation protection

the suit video that u provided looks to me endo-vehicular suit to be worn inside the the Care module.. they made a suit but cant put a neat Indian flag LOGO..:crying:
