i think we need to stress on these lines is the s-400 or thaad capable of delivering nuclear weapons?

ok no sir:D thats the whole point, you are right that india can use the s-400 in conjuction with the medium and long range sams being developed having a variety of sams will make the air defence mighty strong.

yes very true sir i forgot to mention about the recent georgia war it was the most potent weapon the georgians had and its performance was pretty good considering georgia was using some old version. so i think india can still go for the s-300 upgrade while it builds its own BMS.

the own BMD with key elements from s-400 would be a deadly weapon. i think the us will make an offer of the THAAD soon this year ending before the russians offer the s-400.

its because only from nov 2009 its available for export i am sure the russians will offer india for upgrading its s-300 systems.

i think india can upgrade its s-300 to s-400 config this will be very potent and one of the worlds best with increased range and some counter stealth features. maitri will be a good investment i think.
