Re: ISRO to launch GSLV-D5 in July I wouldn't be so optimistic. No one really knows that all the problems are fixed until this GSLV lifts a heavy satellite to GTO, i.e. it performs as per its stated design parameters and capabilities.

I think they are not declaring the date because they remember what happened last time - fuel leak.
