    Yeah we can't manufacture parts of Su-30MKI in house at all. Which is why we were able to achieve near 87% availability in Gagan Shakti, no? Get out of your groove and admit that things have changed for the better. But, that's too much to ask of people too set in their ways.

    This is BS.. The Dhruv won't get any civilian orders at all. Tell me the day HAL agrees to pvt partners for military variants. That won't ever happen, because then HAL might have to become competitive.
