He's talking about an indigenous SAM similar to S400. AD-1 & AD-2 are ICBM interceptors. New missiles will be either SAMs based on them or ER-SAM & XR-SAM with their upgraded variants.

Don't think it's a big deal as we have Barak 8 and multiple BMD systems which are nothing but only medium and long range SAMs. XR-SAM is more of an equivalent of LR-SAM than S400.

No PAF didn't jam any Indian AD systems. Pak has finally been able to afford dogfighting analogue systems but is quite primitive in net-centric warfare, air defence and radars yet.
