There might be one more deck level than can be seen in the current construction. This would make for a very wide flight deck when completed. Far wider than needed for any normal LHD that deals with strictly vertical liftoffs.
This looking more like regular carrier flight deck. Unless we see a ramp (very unlikely) then catapults are guaranteed:
