    These ab muscles are normal muscles in human body so it's always there.A person who has not done any abs workout(physical activity) has almost no visible abs even if his body fat % is less BUT it can be termed as "mild abs".So those "really strong" abs can't come out without proper abs workout...

    Nahi yaar, I live in Delhi.I get only little sweat and after I reach office I stand still and take 30 long breath and it's all ok.

    No, not a lot once you do it daily(5 times a week)... it only increases breathing a bit but doesn't give much effect on legs. When I first tried to climb it started giving pain at 8th floor and then I had to take a 30 sec break but now it's easy to go till 15th floor in one go.

    Oh I forgot to tell... since legs are getting used to it now, I have started doing 20-25 squats once I reach the 9th floor.This gives a nice pump in the legs.I also carry my bag which has laptop etc stuff totaling almost 5 kg.
