All it takes is about 500 million USD for a spanking new supr computer at US cost of living .. Im sure India can make it much cheaper U.S. plans to build world's fastest supercomputers with $425 million

Are you saying 294 Billion$ just for supercomputing research??? I doubt that number very much Intel Market capitalization is 148 Billion $ they feature on most top 500 Supercomputers.. IPL 2014 Brand value is estimated to be USD 3.2 Billion Player , Season 7 Prize money alone was USD 6.3...

Are you aware of the budget per year for IPL?? As i said money is not a problem Intent is .. There has to be an industry demand for such a facility .. right now its not as much to warrent investing according to Industrial houses the day that changes you will see results..

Do you really think Industrial houses have no money? all it takes is a concerted effort .. you should read how much money is being spent for IPL just a small portion diverted will be more than enough
