Is TATA getting any TOT for PW engines in C-295? Which are also in 2000-4000hp category?

Saras is needlessly over clever design with NO clear demand. Frankly we should have developed a 30 seater version of Dornier with pressurised cabin.

I think that NAL should be directed to collaborate with some Indian Pvt Sector company like Mahindra or TATA and bring Saras upto speed. Inspite of massive handholding, JVs and imported components, NAL & HAL have done everything possible to mess it up. I wonder if any possible excuse for delay...
