    IAF has always procured R-73 from Russia. I am yet to find an instance that R-73 were procured from BDL. Our Astra-IR aka NG-CCM is also based on ASRAAM for which BDL is licensed manufacturer.

    Never heard of any ToT with regards to R-73. BDL is though manufacturing ASRAAM in India under license.
