Not really. It had once, but whatever is remaining there are not native to it. There had been an attempt to undertake a captive breeding of them, but so far it has not fructified.

You don't find Panda in Meghalaya. AP is one of their habitat in NE.

Yeah.......... But you have to look out for infections if ever u got bitten. Keeping yourself safe from the tail and claws is another priority.
