I think India better option is to order more Scorpene (6 more than the 6 + 3 of today), scrap the project of purchasing another SSK, and boost the SSN project, in time and in Qty (8 units instead of 6).

You are wrong. The leaks were only about some marketing and very general datas. Even if it was not the case, each sub has its own noise signature, because of the assembly tolerance.
