Yup, extra internal fuel was among the primary requirement. It seems ADA changed the wheel retraction design and shift it to outer side of fuselage.

Can be added but ADA has no plan to increase the number of hardpoints. They only want to increase the range which is the present and major drawback. Increased internal fuel capacity will give an opportunity to use inner wing stations for heavy load instead of fuel tanks. CFT is also not planned...

TVC nozzle in LCA /any single Engine jet(if added) It'll give the ability to better manueverability only in axis parallel to wings but will share negligible effect on the axis perpendicular to the Wings like F-22 have TVC. Even if a 3d TVC nozzle added to any SE JET it will behave like 2d TVC.

No CFT's are planned for LCA. only External fuel tanks are to be used.
