do u think china is fool.....if they want land they will do that adventurous things in Vietnam, Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia etc.....coz retaliation will be equal to null.....but with india....it will be like playing with future of china.
they do not want to solve border issues coz they see india as China's toughest competitor.......so there strategy is to keep india on foot n make india spend n focus on defense more than infrastructure n growth
and talking abut disputed land in india presently there strategy is going good of capturing inch by inch slowly
