    Translation: Peace in the Taiwan strait is "inconvenient" for US interests, and the US should inact a policy unfavorable to continued China-Taiwan integration.

    How can peace ever be achieved anywhere in East-Asia if it only applies as long as its favorable to a non-primary partner? Why should American interests be considered in an exclusively Chinese conflict?
