I usually sleep twice and lucky to get 6hrs.
I usually sleep less than 6 hours during working days and around 10-12 hours on weekends.
Not much difference.
I don't care for these Shitty articles, one day they claim chocolate is bad and another day they say its good.
I will sleep as long as i feel good, it does not matter if its 4 hrs or 10hrs, it only depends if i feel rested or not.
I also sleep in chunks of 5 hrs and 2 hrs totalling 7 hrs.
BBC writes some shitty articles. Last one said 3 minutes of workout is enough for a person and some crap about vitamins
