China is really a grandmaster in the field of copying by eyeballs.

Anyone who has a rudimentary grasp of the Chinese classic “The Romance of the Three Kingdoms” should know that China invented this “bigdog” nearly 2000 years ago。

It‘s called Mumaliuniu。Designed by Zhu Geliang, then chief military counsellor and prime minister of Kingdom Shu,it was used to transport military supplies over mountainous terrains。

It seems on the pic that there were not only one prototype.
Research on robots might be helpful to fullfill the mechanized mountain combat troops.
But finding the proper energy to boost these robots is always the most difficulty to be solved.

if they are smart to copy by looks, they better work hard and make something original.

It might be a consequence of education system, which puts too much weight on solving problems but not raising new problems. This should be changed by time.

Only pics yet, found accidently in a remote corner on internet.
