This is the biggest question of judicial over reach. All the foreign moles have finally managed to build a narrative and SC has probably come to the rescue.

The judgement on this issue will have far reaching consequences. It will decide whether GoI has the mandate to decide its borders and who it allows to enter or unelected judges will decide it. It will have effect on throwing out Bangladeshi illegals as well in the future.

Question is- will GoI capitulate or not? If it does it will be one of its biggest failure till now. Unelected judges cannot be allowed to dictate national security.

Well if the govt caves in then we are doomed the international NGOs will then start grooming judges from the HC who will them start taking on the govt in every step including national security ..

i seriously sense the international groups either the saudi oil funded are the europeans are playing to much involvement into our local affairs ...Any judge can be bought they are the most corrupted system in this entire country out of all the departments ...

The govt should use the best of the advocates to fight these cases not some stupid AG like mukul who screwed up on lot of cases in representing the govt

by the way the person who filed the petition in the SC to stop govt from deporting Rohingya refugees is non other than the yugpurush Arvind kejriwal party founding members Prashant Bhushan ...

To much SC judial reach in others affairs will lead one day this nation into hands of military coup ...

I want the Rohingyas to be deported. That being said, is this judicial overreach? Isn't it the job of the Supreme Court to interpret the laws that the elected officials came up with and decide the scope of the laws?
Tens of thousands of Muslims have sweeped in, violating immigration rules. Why does the SC want to interfere in functioning of security agencies.
Also one thing, how do such cases circumvent all the other gazillion backlog cases and come up at the top of the pile. What sorcery is that?
In any case by the time of agencies start doing something, those 40k will have made grand children of their own.

apparently, the help rendered to the rohingyas extends beyond zakat foundation & salman khurshid. reportedly, the student wing of kavita krishnamurty's party CPI-ML, the AISA, harboured these roaches in JNU, & planned to settle them on the univ. land. they planted a rag-tag colony in the west campus land adjoining the forested land which is near to Chandrabhaaga hostel and new prof. apartments.

And if the judgement is in India's favor then that woukd mean a big Fuck Off to UN and also a guiding path for future governments if for some reasons Modi looses the next election.

I believe this is all part of governments plan, the UN hags might have been harassing our representatives out there.

This popped in my head cuz someone above asked how do these cases make their way when 10s of thousands cases are still pending.

The commies are trying to emulate US model of judicial obstruction to prevent govt. from functioning. Dipak Misra is GoI man thank god. D Y Chandrachud is the true snake. He was taught by an Obama supporter who groomed him to promote ultra left ideology. His thesis was on Affirmative Action and considered the law in a comparative framework.

His main agenda is sec 377 repeal, gay marriage, obama BS, etc.

He will serve from 2022 - 2024 as CJI when he can do maximum damage. Before that Trump must kill liberalism in US. Like in olden tales the life of a demon was in a fish. That fish had a pebble which if crushed would kill it. The demon is MSM,liberalism , the fish is California and pebble is Silicon Valley, Google as well as Soros groups.
