Reorganisation of paramilitary, border force and central police force

India need to reorganise it's paramilitary, border force and central armed force to simplify managment and quality in there service.

What i propose is:
India is a lagest democratic country in the world with division of 600 districts administration it is not easy to maintain law and order every time throughout the country to maintaine security and prevent all the corner of our country so to protect it against terrorisome, naxalisme, maoisme, castes riot and religions conflict in our country. there should be a CENTRAL PARAMILITRY COM POLICE FORCE.
So how to create it we have already STATE ARMED POLICE of 450000 troops. We should just add 150000 troop from CRPF and name it as CENTRAL PARAMILITRY COM POLICE FORCE with 600000 troops and it should be stationed 1000 troops per district so that it can be moved anywhere and anytime into the district to maintain law and order.

Then to maintain COBRA (10000)and RAPID (10000)Forces to move anywhere and anytime in our country to support this the CENTRAL PARAMILITRY COM POLICE FORCE.

More than this NSG Should be Stationed in each important town and city to counter terrorisem acts.

Now coming to the Border security instated of having many paramilitary we should unify all togather and inject more troops from other paramilitary forces to enlage it and name it as BORDER DEFENSE FORCE. Each and every kilometer of our border should gaurd by squad of 10 for each 8 hours.
it means platoon of 30 per kilometre around the clock.

Sashtriya seema bal(85800)+BSF(240000)+ITBP(60500)+Rashtriya Rifles(68200)+Assam Rifles(50000)
= 504500 troops to create BORDER DEFENSE FORCE


Pakistan border 3323 Km 99690 troops
Bangaladesh border 4096 Km 122910 troops

Nepal border 1751 Km 52530 troops
Burma border 1643 Km 49290 troops
Bhutan 699 Km 20970 troops

To defend and protect our key infrastructeur like Railways, Airports, Research centre and Labs we have
CISF (145000) it should be incject more 70000 troops from Railway protection force and 35000 troops from CRPF. Every train should be escorted by squad of 10 troops and every flight should be escorted by team of 5 troops in mafty like how they do in european country like in France, UK, USA. So that CISF will be a Powerfull Paramilitry to Protect our infrastructre with a number of 250000 troops.

The home ministry's 'one border, one force' policy is very pratical and very efficient. he should also bring a policy to create Paramilitary and Central Police Force. Atleast 600000 Soldiers to divide it to the 600 districts 1 battalion to each.

It is must to have a Central Police force com Paaramilitary to maintain law and order in the nation.

Solution is to hire more forces and make our internal and external defense strong..
as indian economic growth increases it can't be big problem.. there are lot of unemployed youth in india grab all the eligible ones.

Not only this, in secular country like india we cant predict the violence so to keep our industries safe we need to develop separate Industrial Security Force (ISF) instead of deploying CISF/CRPF and make the industries pay the maintenance of ISF

collect amount from various leaders who are taking security under various categories ( the amount collected is not burden to them )

at any case security of my mother india is very important for me and my sisters and brothers of india

It is not matter to recrute more youth to increase the forces. what i sujest it we should make our police force and modernise them physicaly and moraly the should realise first they are no more a police of british colanie the are police of republic india they are payed by the citizens of india adn they should respect them not to behave like barbarie. Hey should be trained regularly 30 days each yaer to update there capacity and efficiency. they should be equiped with bullet proof jacket they should have guns and matraks etc.

Each police should have their own tasks and they should be specialised in their feild.

Border Force should have only to solve the problems of border and to defend our nation at the border they should not catagorise as police they are as equal as the army soldiers.

CISF should be be increased by taking troops from CRPF and convert as CISF to enlarge it. They should be trained specialy in the technical aspects to face challenges of their feild. and they should be used only for their tasks.

To a big country like india it should have a national police with the status of paramilitary adn they should be trained basicaly in urban warefare and crime investigation. It's good to have One Nation and One Police .

Above i attached images to show how well equiped and trained and well organised police of developed nations like RUSSIA, USA, FRANCE, GERMAN, UK, SWISS.

They are all equiped with wireless, gun, selfdefence stick, pepper gas, bullet proof jacket.
More than that they have even helicopters and sophisticated vechicals.

The nation which is not caring of law and order can't get prosperitie.
Corruption, crime, terrorisome, should be dealed as soon as possible with good result.

There should be mutelle respcet between Police and Public.

Police should realise that they are at the service of the citzens security out of uniform they are also citizens. They are not payed to iltreat or humiliate a citizen.

a police should not have third degree attitude to a citizen.

No dicipline, No good Behaviour, No good Manner, Not well equiped.

We can't reduce Crime without cooperation of citizens and people need police police also ned the people.

WE have lot to change in law and enforcement matter first we should through out all the old method of britishraj and get modernised and responsible.

We must create a three line defense line for a strong security of our nation.

Frist line: Army in Multiple Division
Second line: Borrder force
Third line: Territorial Paramilitary Force.


Here what i want insist is india Don't have a well trained and well organised situation. it means our third line defence is not strong. we doesn't need the millions to correct it just some simple modification like unifing all Territorial paramilitary forces and professionallise them and train them in urban warfare, counter terrorism, etc to face territorial security problem.

Because when there will be problem we will be confused to manage.

India has 600 disticts as sub division administations so 600 battalions of 1000 person each should stationed in each distirict to move in the district according to the need of local situation any time and anywhere to maintaine law and order in evry corner of our country.

CRPF(300000) + State Armed police( 450000) = CENTRAL PARMAILITARY( 750000 )

Central Insdustriel Security Force
To ensure the protection and security of designated Defence Installations against sabotage and pilferage.
Force to defend 429 sites throughout the nation = CISF(145000)
Defence Security force (32000)

SPECIAL FORCES
NSG (14500) roles include protecting VIP, conducting anti-sabotage checks, rescuing hostages, neutralizing terrorist threats to vital installations, engaging terrorists and responding to hijacking and piracy

COBRA (10000) A 10,000 strong antinaxal force being raised under the command and control of the CRPF.

RAPID(10000) a 10 battalion semi-independent part of the CRPF trained to respond to sectarian violence. The Anti-Riot Police of the Indian Union.

Special frontier force (10000)

Rashtriya rifles (68200) is a counter-insurgency/anti-terrorist force in India. It is a paramilitary force deployed in Jammu and Kashmir

@ rajkoumar- the rashtriya rifles and assam rifles are specially trained counter terrorist forces under the controll of the army and cannot be used elsewhere to form border defense force.
regarding the indian army wikipaedia says that it has it has 1,325,000 Active personnel and
2,142,821 Reserve personnel so total is around 3.4 million.
regarding the paramilitary forces the home ministry has suffient manpower in all forces but it needs urgent modernization in terms of precision equipments,better training and improved protection in the form on modern combat suits with bulletproof vests.
the indian army needs huge modernization and expansion both in terms of equipments(especially missiles,artillery,mbt,ifv,finsas, network centricity and robotic platforms)
and manpower to meet the ever increasing threat of a two front war.
