I don't think the NRA will use these cases because that is going to cause some major backlash from the anti-gun crowd. The anti-gunners as it is want the NRA's head on a plate but that won't happen even in their dreams.

I just used NRA as an example... as they have a lot of money and pretty good legal team. Also as far as i know NRA has always been facing a lot of backlash from the anti-gunner, but they have managed to hold their ground.
